Our refund policy at Brand DNA AI considers the nature of digital content as follows.
The reports provided by our service are digital content generated by AI and delivered immediately upon payment. As a rule, refunds are not possible once the report generation is complete and accessible.
However, if the report completely fails to generate after payment due to system errors, or if technical defects prevent you from accessing the result, we will provide either a full refund or a one-time regeneration free of charge.
If you meet the criteria for an exception, please email us within 72 hours of your payment, including your payment receipt and a screenshot of the error.
Received refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your payment method, actual return of funds may take additional time.
